history, based on the popular parlor game hangman.
The game consisted of three contestants, who in turn, spun a giant wheel containing various cash amounts and penalty segments (bankrupt, lose a turn). The contestant who spun a cash amount guessed a consonant to see if it would fill a blank in a word puzzle, if it did he or she banked the amount of the spin times the number of letters that were in the puzzle.
